- Is Farmigo a good fit for my needs?
- Farmigo is a highly flexible system which can be catered to the unique needs of every community supported program and direct to consumer operation. This includes farms, dairies, ranches, fisheries, vineyards, kitchens and more.
- Can Farmigo be customized for my operation?
- There are over 400 different configuration options that can be implemented through Farmigo. The configurations range from the different types of payment options and plans you accept, food subscriptions or a la carte' orders, accounting and logistics reporting, crediting and refunding members, emailing members and enabling your members to have their own online accounts. Using Farmigo helps you to enhance your day to day operation while still maintaining your unique CSA model, culture and ideas.
- How long does it take to get started?
- Once you have signed the Farmigo contract, we will assign someone on our team to coach you through the configuration process and train you on your system. We will share the knowledge and wisdom of our customer community to ensure that both you and your members have the best possible experience and that your business thrives. This process can take anywhere between one to three weeks.
- How much does it cost?
- The cost of Farmigo is 2% of sales. We invoice you monthly, but only during the months that you deliver to your members. There is a $150 per month minimum fee which only applies for months when deliveries take place (we charge the greater of $150 or 2%, not both). This fee covers the use of the Farmigo system in it's entirety, including the configuration of the system, ongoing upgrades, hosting and ongoing support.
- What are the benefits of offering Farmigo as a service instead of selling a product license?
- Our Goal is that we, the Farmigo team, become your technology partner. We are continually building new functionality based on customer requests. In addition, we take care of everything related to maintaining a software system. As a result you do not have to worry about upgrades to your system, data backup, or servers not working. We always have you covered! All you need is a working Internet connection and you are set. We are always available to answer your questions and help you update and change the system as your needs evolve.
